Slumped Wine Bottles

I've been firing slumped bottles for a couple of years now...I simply CAREFULLY clean them very well with hot water and soap, goo gone and a razor blade. Next I load them onto fire thin paper. Switch the kiln on and let them melt down. Then i clean them, bead them with glass beads and tie on a cheese spreader. They sell for $20.00 and can be used as a cream cheese spread dish, candle tray, spoon rest, or wall decor. It's the most awesome gift purchase ever! The bottles come in various colors but my most popular is cobalt blue bottles. I always feel good about creating art out of recylable products!

I have a kiln and how long do you fire the wine bottle? What instructions to I need besides cleaning the bottle first.
I am a retired crafty person and they would be fun to make for Christmas presents.

I could send me the instructions please. Thanks Jill
